SuRey ("we", "us") is a hydration and nutrition companion app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We built SuRey to be private by default: no ads, no advertising trackers, and we never sell your data.
Your data is stored locally on your device and, when you sign in, in our cloud database provided by Supabase. Access to your saved data is protected by your password: our servers only return or change your record when the correct password is provided.
To recognize meals and answer your questions, the relevant text or image is sent to a third‑party AI provider (Google's Gemini API) through our secure server. This is used only to generate the response and is not used to identify you or build an advertising profile. Suki shares general wellness information, not medical advice.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. We use service providers (such as our cloud database and AI provider) only to operate the app. Progress cards are shared only when you choose to share them.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → "Delete my account & data." This permanently removes your record from your device and our cloud. You can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.
SuRey is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Passwords are hashed on-device, data access is credential-protected, and traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
